We believe our balloons must live up to your highest expectations. Our primary concern is ensuring our balloons are safe. The Intertek Tick Mark is proof that our balloons have been independently tested and meet required standards.

We have implemented a quality management system complying with the ISO9001:2015 standard. The quality management system covers all company processes and activities and has been externally audited by TÜV Nord, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification.
Sedex membership
As member of SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), Belbal maintains a responsible, ethical approach to all aspects of its business throughout the entire value chain. To maintain our SEDEX membership, Belbal conducts SMETA audits.
EBPC – European Balloon & Party Council
We at Belbal, as a balloon producer and member of the EBPC (European Balloon & Party Council), follow the EBPC Code of best practice and its mission statement to educate and promote the fun use of balloons and party products safely, ethically and in respect of the environment. We do not support balloon releases in a bid to protect the environment from unnecessary litter.
