Artwork
To reproduce your artwork at the highest quality, your artwork should be provided as a vectorized AI, PDF, EPS or CDR file. If Pantone colour values are not included in your artwork, they should be provided in an email together with the artwork.
Neck position
Neck down – used for helium filled balloons or air filled placed on balloon holders.
Neck up – used for balloons filled with air and hung.
Registration
When printing a design that has more than one colour, we can give no guarantee for 100% registration. As balloons are inflated during printing, the position of colours on printed balloon can move up to 3mm.
Halftones
Halftone is the reprographic technique that simulates continuous-tone imagery through the use of dots, varying either in size or in spacing, thus generating a gradient-like effect.
Underprint
Underprinting with white ink is used to allow halftone printed colours to appear as desired, especially when printing on darker balloons.
