CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities :
• maintaining regular, proactive contact with the assigned customers’ accounts;
• Providing customer service from the order intake to the final delivery of the ordered goods;
• Working on all-around customer service satisfaction, quality and billing issues;
• Working with internal departments for production, fulfilment, transport and billing;
• Solving customers’ problems and participating with the Key Account Manager in sales negotiations

What we are looking for :
• Experience in customer service, preferably in an international environment ;
• Providing very good English language proficiency (written and spoken);
• German/ French / Russian language knowledge would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
